I don't think I can really say that my problem was "resolved" so to speak, I never really had any additional follow up from US Bank. However, I haven't really experienced the problem since then either, so I guess it's sort of a wash. I hope your issues are resolved easily and in short order. Best of luck. David @ Islanesia,
